The HVP75 is an economic heavy-duty roller shutter available with optional insulated lath and additional weather protection.
HVP75 Industrial shutters are strong, robust roller shutters designed and built to last.
Industrial roller shutters operate by hand-chain or 3 phase motor. Motors are available with ratings up to 100% (constant use).
Individual lath is replaced easily if damaged. This makes the HVP75 ideal for places such as warehouses, loading bays and factories.
The HVP75 is a strong roller shutter with a robust design that's built to last. It's most often used as a security roller shutter in an industrial setting such as warehouses, farm-buildings and factories.
The roller shutter's curtain is made from individual lath that can be easily replaced should it get damaged. This makes the HVP75 a very economic heavy-duty roller shutter, especially in the longer term.
The HVP75 Industrial roller shutter comes with an optional wicket gate for pedestrian access. We can also supply this roller shutter in an insulated version for increased weather protection.

Construction:
Manufactured from 75mm galvanised steel curved lath with a minimum thickness of 22swg increasing to 18swg depending on size. Manufactured to BS EN 10142 and 10143 with a zinc coating of 275g/m2 with hard wearing nylon or steel end locks. Galvanised guides - standard 65mm x 32mm x 3mm increasing to 95mm x 45mm x 3mm depending on size of opening. Galvanised bottom rail - cold-rolled T-section.
Operation:
Handchain operation; or electric operation by 3 phase motor with hand chain manual override and safety brake fitted as standard.
Locking Options:
Handchain shutters: chain locking cleat.
Electrically operated grilles are self-locking.
Finish:
Galvanised self-coloured, Polyester Powder Coated, or HP200 Plastisol.
Maximum Sizes:
- Hand Chain: 5000mmW x 5000mmH

The HVP 75 Industrial Roller Shutter is a cost-effective solution for securing openings in applications such as industrial units, warehouses, farm buildings, and factories.
Each individual lath is made from strong galvanised steel and can be easily changed if damaged, resulting in a shutter that is designed to last over a longer period of heavy use. A variety of motors, up to a 100% rating, are available to suit individual requirements, and a wicket gate can be installed to allow pedestrian access.
Optional wind-lock guides, bottom rail and head weather seals can be installed in exposed locations.
