Reception roller shutters

If you need a security shutter for a reception desk or area, there are several options. Here you'll find a description of those roller shutters we commonly install in reception areas. For each type we've indicated some useful considerations.

As a reception desk shutter, the aluminium K25 roller shutter is an excellent choice. It's available in a closed type, punched with slots or perforated for visibility and airflow.

K25 roller shutters span a maximum width of 3.5 metres. For reception areas requiring shutters more than 3500mm wide a K90 Aluminium Shutter would be an ideal choice.

If openness is a requirement, the Chainlink range of shutters is an ideal choice. They offer a lower level of security but have the greatest visibility. CL200 is a brick bond pattern and the CL250 is an oblong pattern.

The CL70 is a good budget option and offers a similar level of security to the Chainlink range of shutters.

FlexiGlide sliding shutters can follow curves, so they are a good choice for reception desks that are curved or angled.

If fire separation is a requirement a fire shutter is the only choice.
