Security roller shutters in Poole

Poole is the second biggest town in Dorset (after Bournemouth, which it adjoins). We supply and install roller shutters in Poole on a regular basis, and also carry out roller shutter maintenance and repairs there.
Because of its location in Dorset with large sandy beaches combined with usually favourable weather, Poole has a thriving tourist industry. The town is home to dozens of tourist accommodations, big and small. From self-catering bungalows, hotels and B&Bs, to campings and caravan- and holiday parks. Outside the main season, many of these operate at a lower capacity and may need security shutters for protection; not only burglary or vandalism, but also inclement weather.

But it's not just tourism. Poole has developed into a town with a balanced economy. There are important imports and exports of steel, timber, bricks, clay and sand happening through its large, natural harbour; one of the UK's busiest ports.
Also, various multinational service providers have their offices in Poole.
And manufacturing, for example in shipyards, plays a significant role in the town as well.

Case study: Bar and Reception roller shutters at Sandford Holiday Park, Poole, Dorset
We are proud that Sandford Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset use HVP for all their shutters. We not only make and install any new roller shutters they require, but also service and maintain the park's multitude of shutters.

Over the years we have installed shutters on the groundskeepers’ buildings, as well as all the bars and cafes in the park. One of the more challenging bars we secured was the main one in the reception area. This area is a large open space that's also used as a lounge and games area, and so Sandford Parks wanted to keep it as open as possible.
If we had put shutters around the whole bar area it would have taken away from the open look and the shutters would have stuck out past the bar and reception.
So the decision was made to only cover the main bar and Costa Coffee shop with roller shutters. We ended up fitting lightweight, manually operated, aluminium roller shutters (from our K25 aluminium roller shutter range) with removable posts.
